ITINERARY
Picking you up from your Hotel from 7:00 - 7:30 am to go to Mekong Delta, Cai Be Town, Tien Giang Province
Your ride will be passing by the freeway surrounding the rice paddy fields where you can see and understand the rice culture of the Mekong Delta. Visiting Cao Dai Temple, the unique religion in Vietnam
Upon arrival, you will be eye witnessing the real life of Mekong local people on the Floating Market. Seeing them exchanging fruit, living their life on a boat year-round, and understanding why the boat is their second home?
The motorboat will take you to UNESCO-recognized, Tan Phong Island, to explore the local life. Seeing and making the handicraft with water hyacinth (a type of plant growing enormously in the Mekong). Tasting some seasonal tropical fruit freshly cut from the garden
Walking continuously in the village to visit another local home. DIY experiencing how to make the hammock from banana leaf
Highlight of the trip is relaxing peaceful calm rowing boat on the small canal of coconut
Having lunch at the 100-years-old Ancient House built during the French colonial era. Optional to ride the bike after lunch to discover the area more
The boat takes you back to the boat station. Ride back to Saigon. Finish around 6:00 PM
